MAGIC ANNOUNCES NEW SCHEDULE FOR AUGUST 2012

Apr 5 2012

April 5, 2012 – MAGIC, the largest fashion trade event in North America, announces a new schedule to better serve the fashion industry.

“We have seen attendance increase 14% and exhibitors increase over 39% in the last three years,” said Thomas Florio, CEO of Advanstar Fashion Group. Adding, “Fashion at MAGIC is big business. Fashion is also a creative process and the new staggered schedule allows the industry more time to interact on multiple levels.”

The number one request from attendees has been to provide more days at the event. With $600 million of business taking place over the course of the show, this new staggered schedule will deliver additional time to shop the floor, manage itineraries, and access everything MAGIC has to offer. Additionally, exhibitors will have the opportunity to develop more relationships and see all their existing accounts.
