MAGIC MARKET WEEK  is a professional trade event for the fashion industry and, as such, is not open to the public. Only attendees providing the verification of credentials outlined below are eligible to attend. A management-issued, non-transferable badge is required for admission and will allow attendees to access MAGIC MARKET WEEK.  See appropriate sections below outlining the required credentials for Retailer attendees, Non- retail attendees and Sourcing at MAGIC attendees. Please note that attendees are qualified based on their primary business. Branded manufacturers with a retail outlet do not qualify for retail badges, and must complete the non-retail registration process.

*In addition to the credentials below, all attendees must present a current personal photo identification in the form of a Driver’s License, Passport, Government issued Photo ID or a bank or credit card with photo.

Retail Attendee Required Credentials

Three forms of business identification are required. Acceptable identification includes:

  • Business Cards - Listing your business, address, name and job title.
  • Recent Invoices - Three of your business’ invoices verifying purchases of finished products from three different companies. Invoices must be dated within the last six months and indicating purchase of apparel, footwear or accessories only.
  • Tax Registration/Business Registration Certificate - Indicating you are a retail business. Seller’s permit’s will not be accepted.
  • Credit Reference Sheet - Listing companies from whom you purchase.
  • For Buying Offices – Account lists will be accepted as a credential.
  • For New Businesses Only - Letters of Intent from an attorney or bank on official letterhead stating the intent to start a new retail business will be accepted as a credential.

NOTE: eBay store owners or employees, or those from similar organizations who meet these credential requirements are qualified attendees and are to be admitted to the show upon presentation of the necessary credentials.

Required Credentials for SOURCING at MAGIC

Three forms of business identification are required. Acceptable identification includes:

  • Business Cards - Listing your business, address, name and job title.
  • Recent Invoices - Three of your business’ invoices verifying purchases of finished products from three different companies. Invoices must be dated within the last six months and indicating purchase of fabric, trim, etc.
  • Seller’s Permit.
  • Credit Reference Sheet. Listing companies from whom you purchase.

Required Credentials for Non-Retail Attendees

The following Non-Retail Industry Businesses can attend SOURCING at MAGIC at no cost. Access to MAGIC MARKET WEEK  will be granted for a fee.

  • Agents
  • Suppliers
  • Exporters
  • Licensees
  • Licensors
  • Technology providers
  • Brokers
  • Branded apparel, footwear and accessories manufacturers (Non-exhibiting)
  • Wholesalers
  • Factory
  • Production facility
  • Sewing contractors
  • Fabric suppliers
